The Assignment Room™ is not a licensed mental health practice, medical service, legal advisory, financial advisory, or professional counseling service. Nothing provided through our services constitutes therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Descriptions of all offers - including format, investment, and deliverables - are provided on the relevant pages of this website. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the format of any service at any time. Where material changes affect an existing enrollment, we will notify affected clients with reasonable advance notice.
Enrollment in paid services is confirmed upon receipt of payment. For application-based programs (Activation Program™ and Fellowship™), enrollment is only confirmed after your application has been reviewed, a fit determination has been made, and payment has been received.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely; we do not store your payment card information directly.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your enrollment until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Personal documents produced during sessions - including your Assignment Brief™ and Activation Map™ - belong to you. The frameworks and methodologies used to produce them remain the property of The Assignment Room™.

The Assignment Room™ provides a structured process, not a guarantee of outcome. Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, readiness, and circumstances. Testimonials or examples shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results for all clients.
We treat all session content as confidential. In group settings (Discovery Lab™), participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding the personal disclosures of other participants. We will not share your personal session content with third parties except as required by law or with your express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Assignment Room™ and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, emotional distress, or any other loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Readiness Diagnostic™ is free of charge. No payment is collected and no refund policy applies.
If you need to cancel your session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your Reveal™ session once at no charge, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before the original session time. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation terms above.
Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel your Intensive, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your Intensive once at no charge with at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests submitted with less than 72 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation.
Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before your cohort's first session, you will receive a credit equal to the full amount paid, applicable toward a future Discovery Lab™ cohort. Cash refunds are not available for Discovery Lab™ cancellations.
Once a cohort has begun, no refunds or credits are available. If an emergency prevents your continued participation, please reach out and we will review your situation individually.
You may transfer your enrollment to the next available Discovery Lab™ cohort once, provided you notify us at least 7 days before your original cohort's start date.
If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover program preparation and reserved cohort placement.
Once the Activation Program™ has begun, no refunds are available. If an extenuating circumstance requires you to withdraw, please contact us and we will review your situation individually.
If a pathway confirmation call has not yet taken place and you decide not to proceed, any deposits collected will be refunded in full.
Once Fellowship™ has been confirmed and formally begun, refund terms are specific to the structure of your pathway and will be disclosed in writing at the time of confirmation.
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to hello@assignmentroom.com. Please include your name, the offer you booked, and your scheduled date. Cancellation requests are acknowledged within one business day.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you are facing a medical emergency, bereavement, or other serious situation that prevents you from attending or completing a session, please reach out to us directly. We will review these situations individually and with care.
