Multiplication takes a different shape for every Fellow. The application helps surface which one you're actually being called to.

Not necessarily every room — but you need the foundational work done: your Assignment Brief, a sustained body of work, and clear evidence you've moved past definition and early activation.
Submit a substantive application, get a careful review within a week, and if it indicates readiness, a discernment conversation before Fellowship is confirmed.
Shared after your application is reviewed and a discernment conversation has taken place. Each pathway is specific to the woman and her form of multiplication.
You'll get an honest response, including which room in the pathway is the more appropriate next step. Applying early isn't a failure — it's information.
