An advanced, application-only pathway for women who are ready to steward, facilitate, or multiply the work responsibly.
Fellowship™ is not the next step after Discovery Lab™ or the Activation Program™ for everyone. It is the pathway for women who have built something real - and who sense that the next call is not to build more, but to steward what has already been built beyond themselves. Responsibly. With structure. With accountability to the work it has taken to get here.
Apply for Fellowship™The application is part of the discernment - not a barrier to it.
Fellowship™ is not the next step for every woman who completes the Activation Program™. If you are still in the process of defining, executing, or sustaining the assignment, the prior rooms are the right place to be. Fellowship™ is for women who have done that work - and who are now responsible to carry it beyond themselves.
Multiplication in The Assignment Room™ context has a specific meaning. Understanding it helps you know whether Fellowship™ is the right room for where you are.
Multiplication is not expansion. It is stewardship - the deliberate, structured work of carrying what has been built into the hands of others without losing what it cost to build it.
There is a significant difference between building more and stewarding well. Building more means adding - more content, more clients, more revenue, more reach. Stewarding well means ensuring that what has already been built is held, taught, and multiplied in a way that preserves its integrity.
Fellowship™ is for women who have reached the point where the assignment is no longer only theirs to carry. They are being asked to bring others into it - as students, as practitioners, as the next generation of women doing this same work in their own contexts. And they want to do that responsibly.
The application process is the first step in discerning whether this is the right season for that responsibility - and whether Fellowship™ is the right structure to hold it.
Fellowship™ is structured across three phases - each building on the prior rooms and moving toward a specific form of multiplication. Full program details are shared after your application is reviewed.
These distinctions matter - because applying for the wrong room at the wrong time is more costly than waiting for the right one.
These are the markers that indicate this is the right room, in this season, for the work you are now responsible to carry.
Fellowship™ is for the woman who has done the prior work - not necessarily every room in the pathway, but the foundational work of naming the assignment, breaking agreement with what was delaying her, building the execution infrastructure, and sustaining movement over time. She is not still figuring out what she is building. She has built it.
Now she is being asked a different question. Not "what are you building?" but "who else is responsible to carry this?" The assignment is no longer only hers. It is bigger than her individual movement. And she wants to steward that reality well - not impulsively, not prematurely, but with the structure and accountability that the work deserves.
If that description feels more aspirational than present - if you are not yet in that place - one of the prior rooms is the right next step. Fellowship™ will still be here.
Applying for Fellowship™ is not a test of worthiness or a bureaucratic gate. It is the beginning of a structured discernment process - and that process starts the moment you decide to apply.
If your application is not accepted in this season, you will receive guidance on the right next room and what readiness for Fellowship™ would look like from where you are. A declined application is not a closed door. It is a redirect toward the room that will get you there.
Fellowship™ is for the woman who has done the prior work and is now responsible to carry it forward - not alone, not prematurely, but with the structure and accountability that the assignment deserves.
If this is your season, apply. If you are not sure, the application process itself will help you find out.
