4-Week Small-Group Room · $997

Discovery
Lab™

A small-group room for women who need guided teaching, peer accountability, and communal movement to name the assignment and build the first moves.

Five women maximum - intimate, accountable, and witnessed.

Discovery Lab™ is not a mastermind, a course, or a community. It is a structured four-week room where five women move through the clarity-to-activation process together - with live teaching, guided reflection, and peer accountability built into every session.

Each week has one purpose and one outcome.

Discovery Lab™ is not open-ended. Every session follows a cumulative arc - each week building on the last, each session producing something you leave with.

01
Surface & Name
What has been stirring - and what has been holding it back.
You name what has been pulling on you and begin identifying the agreement that has been making delay feel safer than movement. Teaching on the anatomy of a delay and how agreements operate beneath the surface.
Session Output
Named pull · Identified agreement · Initial barrier language
02
Define & Declare
The assignment takes language. And a decision.
You move from a felt sense to a named responsibility. Guided work on the Mandate Statement - what you are building, for whom, and why now. The week closes with a formal Breach of Agreement™ that each woman makes in the presence of the group.
Session Output
Mandate Statement draft · Breach of Agreement™ declared
03
Map & Sequence
The assignment becomes movement on paper.
You build your Activation Map™ - milestones, sequenced actions, and a 14-day sprint designed around your actual life. Teaching on building momentum that holds between the inspired seasons and the ordinary ones.
Session Output
Activation Map™ complete · 14-day sprint confirmed
04
Document & Commit
You leave with it in writing - witnessed.
Your Assignment Brief™ is completed and read aloud in the room. Each woman presents her assignment, her decision, and her first move to the group. The session closes with a commitment ritual - not a graduation ceremony, but a public declaration of the next step.
Session Output
Assignment Brief™ PDF final · Declared to the group

Everything the room contains.

Discovery Lab™ is one complete experience - not a course with optional add-ons. Here is what is built into every cohort.

Four Live Weekly Sessions
Each session runs approximately 90 minutes. Live, interactive, and structured - not recorded content you watch alone. Jackie teaches, guides, and facilitates each session in real time with the group.
Guided Weekly Workbooks
Each session is supported by a structured workbook that guides your reflection, captures your outputs, and tracks your progress across the four weeks. You do not take notes - you produce outputs.
Between-Session Accountability
The Lab does not go quiet between sessions. Each woman has a specific commitment to fulfill before the next week - a move, a declaration, or a draft. Accountability is built into the structure, not offered as an optional upgrade.
Assignment Brief™ + Activation Map™
By the close of Week 4, every woman leaves with her completed Assignment Brief™ PDF and Activation Map™ - the same deliverables produced in the private Intensive, built in community instead of alone.
The Witness of the Room
Five women is small enough that no one can hide and intentional enough that every session produces something. You are not just supported - you are witnessed. The group hears your assignment, your decision, and your commitment. That matters.
Week 4 Commitment Ritual
The final session closes with each woman reading her Assignment Brief™ aloud and declaring her first move to the group. Not a graduation ceremony - a public declaration that the assignment is no longer private. This is the moment the work becomes real.

The room is small on purpose.

Discovery Lab™ is capped at five women per cohort. Not because of bandwidth - because of what the room requires. Five women is intimate enough for truth, small enough for real accountability, and intentional enough that every voice is heard every week.

This is not a webinar you attend. It is a room you enter. There is a difference - and the size of the group is what makes that difference real.

Five seats. Each one intentional. The room closes when it is full - not when enrollment feels complete.

Discovery Lab™ or the Intensive - here is the difference.

Both rooms produce your Assignment Brief™ and Activation Map™. The difference is format, pace, and how you do your best work.

Not sure which fits? Take the free Readiness Diagnostic™ - your result will point you toward the right room.

Discovery Lab™ is for one specific type of readiness.

The Lab is not for every stage. Here is how to know if this is the right room for where you are.

Discovery Lab™ is for the woman who is ready to move - and who knows that community, accountability, and the witness of other women will help her do the work more fully than she would alone. She is not afraid of being seen. She welcomes being held to what she says. She does her best work in a room, not in isolation.

She may be in the Definition or early Activation stage. She has enough of a sense of the assignment to begin the process, and she is ready to move through it in a structured, communal setting over four weeks.

This may not be the right room if -

You strongly prefer private work, you want to move faster than four weeks allows, or you are not yet ready for the accountability of a witnessed process. In that case, the Assignment Brief™ Intensive may be the better fit.

  • You do your best work in community - the presence of others helps you show up more fully and follow through more consistently.
  • You want rhythm and accountability built in across four weeks - not a single intensive session that ends and then leaves you on your own.
  • You are ready to be witnessed - to say your assignment out loud, declare your decision in the presence of others, and be held to what you produce.
  • You are in the Definition or early Activation stage - you have enough of a sense of the assignment to begin naming and building it with structure.
  • You want the same documents as the Intensive - your Assignment Brief™ and Activation Map™ - built over time with teaching and community rather than in a single private session.

Questions you may be carrying.

Because the room requires intimacy to work. Five women is the number that allows every voice to be heard every session, every woman to be accountable to the group, and the witness to be real - not symbolic. A larger group would turn this into a course. This is a room. The size is what makes it one.
No - but you need enough honesty to admit something is pulling on you. The Lab is designed to help you name and define the assignment across four weeks. You do not arrive with a completed idea. You arrive with a willingness to do the work - and you leave with the language and the document.
Each live session runs approximately 90 minutes. After registration, you will receive scheduling information and the session dates for your cohort. Sessions are designed to be substantial - each one produces something - without requiring an entire day.
The Lab is built around presence and accountability - missing a session affects not just your own progress but the room's. Session attendance expectations are shared at registration. If you have concerns about your availability for the cohort dates, please reach out before joining.
Yes. Every woman leaves Discovery Lab™ with her completed Assignment Brief™ PDF and Activation Map™ - the same two deliverables produced in the private Intensive. The process is different. The outcome is the same.
Please review the full Refund & Cancellation Policy before joining. Questions can be directed to hello@assignmentroom.com before registration.

The assignment was never meant to be carried alone.

Discovery Lab™ gives you four weeks of structured teaching, real accountability, and the witness of four other women who are doing the same work. You leave with your assignment named, your decision declared, and your first moves documented.

Five seats. One cohort at a time. When it is full, it is full.
